The Nubian giraffe is a subspecies of giraffe of the North of the African continent. Native of Ethiopia and South Sudan, she is today extinct in Egypt and in Eritrea.
Spots on its dress of chesnut color , are clearly defined separated well by white lines and the breast is particularly developed on males.
Very rare in captivity, we know only two place in the world in Al Ain's zoo in the United Arab Emirates and the Giza's zoo in Egypt. In the wild only approximately 650 do remain.
